Tuesday Tommy’s Top-Notch Two-Wheel Transportation: All-City Nature Boy. Some of you probably already know how I feel about All-City—nonplussed, to say the least. Story goes that the “fixed gear guy” inside QBP was sick of his Surly Steamroller and wanted something… the same?? I don’t fully understand why QBP needed another single-speed brand. Seems like Surly was doing just fine, but I guess Surly was not seen as “urban” or having a city aesthetic, so QBP launched All-City in 2008.

I always kinda think of this brand as a lifestyle brand. More of a dispatcher’s bike than a messenger bike. From their early city/urban fixie aesthetic to their tweed touring coffee-outdoor-rambler type stuff. Trendy (coughs gravel).

That being said, I am not going to hype up this company. Or revel in the fact that they are gone. Instead, while we are on the topic of unabashed capitalism, I want to talk to you about BLACK FRIDAY!!

For this year, we are having dueling Black Friday events—something for everyone. We are having an incredible sale on ALL BICYCLES!!
10% OFF every bike on the floor (present company included) and a free helmet with every bike purchase at our shop on Grove Street. Our already super low prices are being SLASHED! BIG TIME! Come in and see what we have to offer.

If that isn’t what you are looking for, we are also offering our first FREE WHEELS 4 KIDS event of the season. Black Finger Friday will take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at our 4th Street production warehouse, 635 E. 4th St.

So if you want to shop until you drop, visit our store for an amazing sale on all bikes—and if you want to volunteer with us building kids’ bikes to give away this holiday season, come to 4th Street and let’s crank it out.

More info to come, but if you have questions please email [email protected].
