We are organizing a ride across Nevada this summer and we want you to join us!

An officially sanctioned ride by the Adventure Cycling Association, the ride will begin in Reno, travel along highway 50, and end at Great Basin National Park. Come see, amazing landscapes, visit historic Nevada, and experience the wonders of petroglyphs.

Date: Tentative Scheduling for July

Riders should be prepared to not only experience the beauty of Nevada but its extremes: weather, terrain, and miles (miles traveled per day 50-80 miles).

Equipment: A good, well-maintained, bicycle for on road use that can handle the weights and conditions is essential.

CHECK OVER YOUR BIKE AT THE RENO BIKE PROJECT WITH ONE OF THEIR FRIENDLY STAFF TO MAKE SURE YOUR RIDE IS READY FOR THE ROAD!

Biography: The tour leader is Addison Wilhite, a long-time cyclist who followed this route last year and had such a good time he wants to help others enjoy the amazing Nevada landscape by bicycle.
