in case you all didn’t know New Belgium has been one of our single biggest supporters since our inception and this year has been no different.
It started in April when they sponsored our “We heART Bikes” with 15 cases of beer. With their help we raised over $2000 that night.
In July they offered us the opportunity to host the registration for the Bike Cruise-aide at Tour de Fat. We raised over $1000 that day and had a great time partying in Truckee.
In December they continued to support us with a grant from their philanthropy fund for $3000.
It is rare for a company to be so committed to providing to support to so many communities and we at Reno Bike Project salute them for being exceptional in all the things they do.
I encourage everyone to look at their website and see all the organizations that they have supported over the years as well as continuing to support them by drinking all of their superb beers, attending Tour de Fat and riding a bicycle.

I’m glad to see that New Belgium is doing there share for the project. I would like to see some more local sponsorships too…Buckbean comes to mind, maybe Silver Peak and Great basin too? The Project is great PR for them, they need to be seen as supportive even in tought times.
