Are you a biking enthusiast with a knack for leading groups and coaching others on the trails? Join our team as an Assistant Bicycle Coach! We're seeking an outgoing individual who loves connecting with fellow cyclists and is passionate about sharing the joy of biking. This seasonal role, running approximately from May through October, offers the opportunity to lead weekend group rides and provide coaching and support to our mountain bike team during riding season.

If you have bike repair experience and a passion for spreading the joy of cycling, we want you on our team at Reno Bike Project. As a Mechanic Educator, you'll be teaching folks the ins and outs of bike maintenance while keeping our shop running smoothly.

Eligible candidates for this position must have professional bike shop and bike repair experience. We are unable to train in the summer months so having Bicycle Shop Repair experience is required. Please know that auto mechanics, machine mechanics, and being good with your hands/quick learner are not sufficient for this position at this time.
